Torre Caney, an impressive tower in Santo Domingo

This luxurious residential tower with a height of 178 meters in Santo Domingo. is divided into 52 spacious very and splendidly finished apartments. This residential tower is the 3rd tallest tower in Santo Domingo.
Torre Caney has no fewer than 42 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. The construction of this tower took more than 3 years, but the end result is brilliant. The first residents were able to move into their apartment in 2008.
The tower is located on Avenida Anacaona and was designed by Jesús Rodríguez Sandoval.

Prices

During the construction period, the prices were between USD 1.3 million for an apartment on the lower level and USD 3.8 million for the largest apartment. Between 2019 and 2021, prices for resale were significantly higher than the original purchase price, making it a good investment.
