The Surroundings

You can park your cars on site, there are currently 2 paved parking spaces at the front of the villa. Extension is possible. Both the front and back garden are landscaped with many different tropical trees and plants, at the rear of the house and with a view of the sea is the private swimming pool. You have access to the sea via a path of fully owned land of about 6 meters wide. Building a gazebo or stairs to easily get in and out the ocean is one of the options.
